We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Site Coordinator to oversee and manage concrete supply operations across multiple sites. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth site coordination, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Your day will involve

- Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete supply coordination, including bookings, TMP, safety, technical, production, and management.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring confidence and ongoing support.
- Collaborate, record, and present relevant project and operational information.
- Plan and forecast project requirements, customer needs, and area demands.
- Maintain clear and effective communication across sales, CSC, technical, lab, production, and customers.
- Monitor and uphold QA processes to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Implement and support safety procedures, follow-ups, and education initiatives.
- Conduct toolbox talks and site meetings, ensuring all teams are aligned.
- Provide support within the CSC as required.
