To help us with our mission, our Sales Team are currenlty seeking aSales Coordinator to assist and grow under our Channel Sales Manager. The ideal person would have current sales experience with real estate, and is looking tochallenge themselves with a rewarding career in Channel Sales.

This is a Full-time position, five day's per week (four weekdays + Saturday). Two days will need to be in the office, and three days will be based on the project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Report to the Senior Channel Manager
- Assist in developing and managing relationships with new channel agencies
- Support the preparation and execution of channel agency agreements
- Facilitate training sessions for channel agents on various projects
- Coordinate and assist with channel agent sales activities and events
- Manage channel agent buyer appointments and client registrations
- Follow up on pending sales and reservations
- Maintain and update databases, including HubSpot and Arcanite
- Assist in property settlements, valuations, and PSI

What You'll Need

- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Previous channel sales experience desireable, but not required
- Immaculately presented and well-groomed appearance
- Current Driver's License and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing
- Experience with PowerPoint and Canva presentations
- Multilingual abilities (advantageous but not essential)
