Project Manager – Brisbane-Based Builder

Education | Commercial | Projects to $10M

Up to $180K + Super | Immediate Start | Procore & MS Project
We're seeking a capable and experienced Project Manager to join a reputable Brisbane-based builder with a strong portfolio in multi-residential, education, childcare, and mixed-use commercial projects.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a driven PM looking to take ownership of new build projects valued up to $10 million.

The Role:

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of construction projects
- Lead project procurement and planning across ECI, D&C, and Cost Plus models
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure quality outcomes
- Ensure all reporting and documentation is maintained accurately

About You:

- Proven experience delivering new builds up to $10M
- Strong background across ECI, D&C, and Cost Plus procurement
- Solid tenure in previous roles – we value stability and leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Project Suite and Procore
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Based in Brisbane or able to start locally immediately
