Front End Software Engineer

As an Engineer in the Audience division, you will code, review, and architect solutions using React, NodeJS, TypeScript, and mobile frameworks, supporting Domain strategy and solving customer challenges. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers, mentor junior engineers, champion best practices, and contribute to engineering efficiency and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

- Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software in collaboration with your team.
- Stay current with technology trends and apply responsible engineering principles to drive innovation.
- Adhere to engineering best practices and participate in cross-domain forums such as FrontEnd and Architecture Guilds.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents, and proactively improve system reliability.
- Continuously refine processes to improve software quality and reduce incidents.

- Strong experience with React, NodeJS and/or TypeScript.
- Proven ability to design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends and applying best practices.
- Commitment to operational excellence, including incident response and system maintenance.
