Paratransit Driver in San Francisco, CA. Ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers while upholding professionalism and customer service standards.

Transdev offers a competitive package:

- Salary: $26.70 - $32.30

- Starting pay of $26.70 with progression to $32.30 over 5 years.

- Vacation: up to 21 days per year

Key Responsibilities

- Safety-Focused Operations: Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.

- Passenger Care: Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers.

- Vehicle Vigilance: Champion vehicle safety through pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting maintenance issues.

- Adherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures.

- Other duties as required

Qualifications

- 21 years or older

- Minimum 3 years of driving experience

- Excellent communication & customer service skills.

- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

Physical Requirements

The essential functions of this position require the ability to work outside in varying conditions, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
