With a reputation for quality, customisation, and long-term partnerships, this brand is synonymous with excellence in the schoolwear industry. As they continue to evolve and expand, they are seeking a passionate Account Manager to help strengthen existing relationships and unlock new growth.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of schools while actively seeking out new business to expand market share. You’ll work closely with school administrators and internal teams to deliver innovative uniform solutions, backed by a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and product development. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who blends sales strategy with heart, and who is motivated by long-term, service-led partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing school accounts, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction
- Identify and secure new school partnerships through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Lead client meetings and deliver tailored product solutions and presentations
- Collaborate with internal departments across product development, logistics, and marketing
- Prepare and maintain account reports, CRM records, and meeting summaries
- Stay ahead of market activity, competitor offerings, and schoolwear trends
- Contribute to brand development through insightful feedback and proactive sales initiatives
About You
- Proven background in account management, sales, or customer service, ideally in apparel, uniforms, or B2B services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident presenting to a range of stakeholders
- Commercially minded with the ability to deliver against sales targets
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
- Passionate about delivering excellent service and building long-term relationships
