This role is also open to an experienced Bookkeeper who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth and become an integral part of a collaborative, high‑performing team. Position Responsibilities - Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner - Assist in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs - Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of entities, including companies and trusts - Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients - Help your team provide exceptional service to our clients - Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients. - Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events About You - Minimum of 1-2+ years’ experience in a similar role - Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or Certificate IV in bookkeeping/accounting - Proven working experience with accounting software, specifically; APS, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients - Proactive, self‑motivated and enthusiastic #J-18808-Ljbffr
