About the Role

You will support the management team of the residence by carrying out a range of administration duties including general office procedures, data entry, rostering internal audits and orientation of new staff members.

To ensure clinical staff roster meets the organisational needs, facilitates safe resident care and is managed within budget perimeters.

About You

If you/'re a highly organised, proactive professional with a background in rostering (preferably in aged care), we want you on our team. Your experience will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our brand-new facility.

Key Skills:

- Experienced in administration and rostering (aged care preferred), including validations for Payroll
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in providing support with recruitment and on-boarding of new employees
- Experienced in the scheduling, delivery and management of training
- Highly organised, with excellent time and expectation management skills
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Discrete and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people including staff, residents and family members
- Able to provide support and supervision to Reception employees
- A problem solver
- Customer focused
