Structures Foreman

We are proud to be partnering with one of Austalia’s largest construction contractors who deliver landmark projects across government, health, institutional, civil and commercial industries. Their projects are nationally-renowned and include both government and private sector clients and can surpass $1B in scale. They will be a major contributor to building Brisbane’s Olympic infrastructure.

There is a current requirement for an experienced structures foreman to join the project team on a $600M institutional project in Brisbane. Suitable candidates will have a background managing trades in an EBA environment and be able to demonstrate the following:

Qualifications and Responsibilities

- Full experience across Split package structure -site establishment, piling/foundations, basement dig, basement structure, main tower structure and tower crane.

- Ensuring SWMS and OHS compliance with all structural trades (Steel, concrete, formwork).

- Undertaking weekly safety walks and closeout of items, compliance with safety procedures.

- Pre-pour inspections Daily pre-starts with subcontractors, sequencing - 2 week look ahead programmes.

- Understanding of Aconex/or Procore Software.
