The Opportunity
Our client has created a new role for an experienced banking & finance level. With a strong pipeline of work and new clients, this commercial law firm is seeking a lawyer with at least 5 years plus pae, who can work autonomously on a wide range of finance transactions from property finance, corporate finance, structured finance.
You will be advising clients from a broad range of industry sectors. You will also be part of a diverse, genuine and friendly team.
The Firm
Our client is a flourishing commercial law firm. The firm acts for both lenders and borrowers. This law firms prides itself on giving their clients timely and practical advice. They have a culture of excellence and aim to exceed the expectations of their clients.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- at least 5 years plus pae in the area of banking & finance law
- alternatively you are a generalist commercial lawyer with finance law experience
- possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills
- the ability to build strong client relationships
- be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
