We have an opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Enablement teamto enhance the suite of softwareapplications used across Bethanie, driving innovation andcontinuous improvement in our digital capabilities.

Reporting to the Manager –Digital Enablement this is a permanent role available full-time orpart-time (0.8FTE) based at our Hay Street office in West Perth. Wework flexibly, and attend the office minimum three times perweek.

About the role:

Working closely with our DigitalEnablement and ICT teams, d utiesin this hands-on role include:

- Drive continuous improvementinitiatives and innovation in systemdesign
- Feature development, upgradesand fixes (in conjunction with System Owners and/or Vendors asrelevant)
- Ensure business requirements fornew tech solutions are clear, and solutions developed in linewith endorsed directions
- Provide technical leadership indata integration and platform interoperability; supporting thedesign and development ofintegrations
- Deliver prioritised sprintactivities that support the Bethanie Strategy, DigitalEnablement Plan and Strategic Projectactivities

About you

You are a detail-oriented problemsolver with strong communication skills and a passion for digitaltransformation. You thrive in collaborative environments and areconfident in leading technical discussions and driving systemimprovements. You will alsobring:

- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills – in particular, the ability to connect the understandingof technical and non-technicalcolleagues
- Ability to translate businessneeds into technical solutions
- Proven experience structuringbusiness requirements and systemsarchitecture
- Sound knowledge of the softwaredevelopment lifecycle and process improvementmethodologies
- Attention to detail and criticalthinking ability, findinginnovative solutions
- Experience with Azureintegration solutions and Microsoft PowerPlatform
- Programmingskills, including in SQL
