As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of both David Jones-led campaigns and brand partner activity through our retail media platform, Amplify. From campaign coordination and asset management to reporting and commercial administration, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our fashion campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and with impact.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where you’ll:
- Support the preparation of brand partner seasonal marketing plans and assist with the execution of David Jones fashion marketing campaigns.
- Manage creative briefing and marketing assets across owned and paid channels including ecomm, instore and paid media, ensuring all assets meet specifications and deadlines.
- Track timelines, tasks, and approvals to ensure activity is delivered on schedule and to brief
- Process invoices, maintain campaign trackers, and contribute to post-campaign reporting and insights.
- Liaise directly with brand partners and internal teams to deliver seamless execution.
- Spot opportunities to streamline processes and improve ways of working.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to retail or agency environments
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in coordinating integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Familiarity with campaign reporting, customer data, and performance metrics (highly regarded)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across teams and directly with partners
