About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be providing person-centred support to a male client living with disability in Gosnells. Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community.

Permanent part-time opportunity every Wednesday 8am to 2pm.

Key Responsibilities

- Are you a foodie who loves op shopping? You will have plenty to chat about
- Independently support a client 1:1 in home and in the community
- Provide transportation to appointments or community access
- Empower clients to find their strengths and promote independence

Skills & Experience

- Ability to work autonomously supporting clients one on one in the community
- An unrestricted New South Wales driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Demonstrated ability to use basic technology and software on a mobile and desktop
- A current First Aid Certificate, which includes the course HLTAID003 or HLTAID011

Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

- Pay rates starting from $43.23 (casual)
- Do the work you love during daytime hours only - no overnight shifts
- Work in a range of settings, including clients’ homes and in your local community
