About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate - Watches to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be helping customers make the very best of their time. You will be meeting with individuals who are looking for something special, presenting and showcasing product, negotiating, managing margins, surprising and delighting with your exceptional customer service, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

- Meet with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service
- Present and showcase products to customers
- Negotiate and manage margins to meet sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to surprise and delight customers
- Close sales and complete sales administration tasks
- Follow up with leads and complete CRM entry tasks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- At least 3 years of experience in selling luxury goods (ideally jewellery)
- A genuine enthusiasm for timepieces
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- A client-advocate approach with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
