Overview

Work alongside a high-performing agent and take your real estate career to the next level. The position of Personal Assistant with Place Newmarket is the perfect opportunity to join a vibrant high performing team and develop your existing skillset. This role is best suited to those who thrive in a task-driven environment and can work to strict timelines. Previous real estate experience is preferable, as well as a positive, can-do attitude. This position requires the candidate to work five days per week, including Saturday.

What will the day-to-day look like?

- Coordinate and manage the agent’s daily appointments, property inspections, open homes, client meetings, and deadlines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy
- Manage and coordinate lead agents social media campaigns
- Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendas, email and task management
- Generating CMA’s & prospecting administration for your Lead Agent
- Self-managing day to day tasks
- Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience
- Assistance with Open Homes on Saturdays
- Any ad hoc errands as required

What skills and experience do I need?

- 2+ years of prior administration or reception experience within Real Estate
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute wherever needed
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Passion and desire to help others succeed
- Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in working with Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
