The Opportunity
This position leads the CHW Reactive Civil Maintenance Team to deliver reactive and assist planned civil maintenance activities. It also involves planning, coordinating, and delivering 24/7 maintenance services across water and sewer assets.
About You

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience leading and motivating maintenance teams across multiple locations; civil construction and maintenance experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated safety leadership and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience managing contracted works.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Victorian Driver's Licence.
