Overview

Talenza are partnering with a Global General Insurance organisation on a large-scale Cloud Migration project. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager/Director with a proven track record of delivering in highly complex and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver a large-scale cloud migration program within a complex, regulated insurance context.
- Provide program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
- Demonstrate strong technical leadership while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Ensure delivery milestones are met on time and within budget, adapting to evolving regulatory requirements.
- Communicate progress and risks clearly to executive sponsors and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Director delivering major programs, preferably in regulated industries.
- Strong technical expertise coupled with effective people leadership and stakeholder buy-in.
- Ability to operate in high-profile, complex environments and manage cross-functional teams.

Engagement details

Initial 6-month day-rate contract with extensions likely if performance is satisfactory for both sides. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving organisation on a critical piece of work.
