Are you a dynamic early childhood leader who's just as comfortable in the office as you are outdoors? Our nature-based centre in beautiful Nabiac is seeking a passionate Director to lead our team and champion our unique philosophy—where muddy boots and messy hands are signs of deep learning.

About Us

We offer a rich outdoor program where children spend most of their day exploring nature. Our signature Nabiac Natress program takes learning beyond the fence, immersing educators and children in the natural world. We value connection, curiosity, and community.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily operations and inspire a high-performing team

  • Support educators through mentoring, planning, and hands-on engagement

  • Ensure compliance with National Law and Regulations

  • Prepare for and guide the centre through Assessment and Rating

  • Build strong relationships with families and the wider community

  • Actively participate in outdoor learning experiences

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT)

  • Proven leadership in early childhood settings

  • Strong understanding of compliance and assessment frameworks

  • A love of nature and willingness to get muddy and messy

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A warm, supportive leadership style
