Role Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic ecosystem shaper to join Lilly Australia, where innovation meets excellence. This role focuses on Alzheimer/'s Disease ecosystem readiness and cross-functional collaboration, including marketing, medical, diagnostics, and external engagement. The role requires a strong understanding of the Australian hospital system and decision-making bodies.

Lilly has invested 35+ years in scientific innovation and clinical research to address Alzheimer/'s disease. If you are passionate about driving ecosystem readiness to deliver innovative medical solutions to patients, this role may be for you.

Responsibilities

- Improve patient care by leading innovative and creative initiatives with customers and cross-functional teams to plan and execute Alzheimer/'s activities.
- Manage the planning and execution of account activities in the Alzheimer/'s area, working with marketing, medical, diagnostics, sales and external engagement.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the Australian public and private hospital system, diagnostic and treatment facilities, and key decision-making bodies.
- Lead the ecosystem strategy to create urgency, build confidence, reduce complexity, and map and shape the ecosystem for early Alzheimer/'s care.
- Identify healthcare professionals and decision makers in the early AD patient pathway and understand service and system requirements across metropolitan and regional territories.
- Map and document ecosystems for diagnosis, patient care and treatment, design diagnostic algorithms and therapy pathways, and facilitate shared learning and referral pathways.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external providers to develop local solutions when capacity is constrained.
- Develop local partnerships in diagnosis, PET tracer, nuclear medicine, CSF providers, pathology and laboratories.
- Drive diagnostic readiness by identifying customer needs and delivering value-added programs that align with Lilly/'s strategic interests.
- Work with customers to deliver innovative projects and scalable programs within the Key Account Management framework.
- Address operational/logistical challenges with diagnostic solutions.
- Lead, coordinate and execute priority account planning with cross-functional teams for the Alzheimer/'s portfolio at the area health level and at key hospitals.
- Schedule, prepare and conduct account reviews with management and senior management.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or a key account management role with responsibility for hospitals and other organized customer groups, ecosystems or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

- Masters or Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant fields.

This role covers NSW and ACT.
