Youth Career Coach

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Career Coach to join our team in Northam. You will provide career coaching and guidance to young people as part of our Support Pathway Program which incorporates the Transition to Work (TTW) program.

In this role you will:

- Deliver high quality career coaching to young people
- Help clients set goals and identify areas of interest
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to upskill clients and empower them to reach their potential
- Source local employment opportunities and match them to client interests and abilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with employers throughout the region
- Be proactive, compassionate and innovative in finding opportunities for the young people you represent

You will thrive in this role if you have:

- Experience handling a caseload of young people in a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A goal-oriented and team-oriented mindset
- The ability to handle confidential information and administrative tasks

This exciting opportunity is based in Northam however possible travel is required to Narrogin, Merredin and Moora.

To be considered for this opportunity you must hold a current driver's license, working with children check and satisfactory national police clearance.
