Overview
AWS Global Services helps customers design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments. As a Delivery Consultant with AWS Professional Services in Australia and New Zealand, you will work with diverse teams to design and deliver cloud‑native solutions, especially leveraging AWS services, AI, and ML.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop cloud‑native solutions using AWS services, including hands‑on software development, architecture design, and best‑practice implementation.
- Build and implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices for customer projects.
- Develop and modernize applications in .NET and other languages, ensuring quality, performance, and security.
- Guide customers and partner teams on software engineering practices, code reviews, architecture decisions, and AWS service usage.
- Invent innovative solutions using AWS AI/ML services, building AI‑enabled applications, agent architectures, and reusable components.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong background in designing and implementing .NET applications.
- Experience with API design and implementation (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and identity protocols (OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0).
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Amazon ECS, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Proficiency in observability and monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana).
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval‑augmented generation, and embedding pipelines.
- Understanding of AI agent architectures, development patterns, and multi‑agent systems.
- Experience with RAG patterns, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Kubernetes architecture and modern development practices.
