This role offers the autonomy to design innovative solutions that directly impact customers.
Key Job Responsibilities

- Guide customer and partner teams in software engineering practices, code reviews, architectural decisions, and implementation of AWS services while ensuring solution quality and security best practices.
- Develop innovative solutions using AWS AI/ML services, including building AI‑enabled applications, implementing agent architectures, and creating reusable components that showcase innovative use of AWS services.
- Lead product vision and strategy for customer solutions, working backwards from business objectives to define product roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics.
- Drive technical product development with Software Development Engineers (SDEs), facilitating product discovery, backlog prioritization, feature definition, and technical design decisions.
- Guide technical implementation through architecture reviews, technical trade‑off decisions, and application of AWS best practices while maintaining credibility with engineering teams.
