About the Role

As a Generalist Speech Pathologist, you’ll work across a diverse caseload that may include:

- Paediatric speech and language delays

- Adult communication and swallowing disorders

- Literacy and social communication support

- Disability and NDIS-funded clients (all ages)

- AAC implementation and training

- Community, in-home, telehealth, and/or school-based therapy (as preferred)

We tailor your caseload based on your interests, experience, and professional goals.

What You Bring

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

- SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) membership

- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Empathy, adaptability, and a client-first mindset

- Full driver's licence + reliable transport (if mobile)

- New grads welcome (Supervision & graduate program available)

Desirable (But Not Essential)

- Experience with NDIS, aged care, or CALD communities

- Interest in literacy, AAC, or dysphagia

- Group facilitation or multidisciplinary experience
