About the Position:

An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Lawyer (10+ PAE) to take a leading role in the practice and contribute to shaping the next generation of legal professionals.

Working closely with the Managing Partner, you'll manage a broad range of files while playing a pivotal role in mentoring junior solicitors, guiding them in both legal practice and professional growth. If you're passionate about sharing your knowledge, supporting others, and being part of a purpose-driven team—this is the role for you.

The caseload includes:

- Complex Family Law matters including parenting and property disputes
- Civil Litigation files involving contracts, estates, and general disputes
- Residential and commercial property transactions and leasing

You'll enjoy both autonomy and influence, while helping develop junior lawyers into future firm leaders.

Key Requirements:

- A minimum of 10 years PAE across Family, Litigation or Property Law
- Strong ability to manage files independently and provide strategic advice
- Passion for mentoring, developing and supporting junior lawyers
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Admission to practice in QLD and a current practising certificate
