About the role
- Permanent part-time position - 3 days a week
- Working hours are 10am–5pm. Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday OR Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
As first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, you will assist residents and their families in their journey into residential Aged Care. You’ll be a team player who:
- Keeps a friendly customer service approach for everyone – in person, on the phone or over email.
- Keeps on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing, etc.
- Showcases our home to future residents and their families.
- Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service
- Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
- Possess knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential)
