What you want to know:
As a permanent team member, you will be allocated an 8-hour shift between the hours of6:00am and 8:30pm Monday – Friday.
Any shift that finishesafter 6pm you will receive a20% uplifton the entirety of your shift.
Anyweekend shifts worked are paid atdouble time
You’ll be set up with success from day one with a12-week training program.
After six months, you can enjoy ahybrid working arrangement with up to two days working from home.
You’ll be supported byapproachable leaders and managers who genuinely care about your growth, well-being, and success. Our leadership team is hands-on, encouraging open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning.
What you’ll be doing:
Answering and responding professionally to high-volume inbound calls and emails from a range of customers, clients, partners and intermediaries
Solve problems, offer reassurance, and coordinate assistance with our trusted partners
Provision of administrative support for non-call related activities

Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre, admin – all backgrounds welcome)

Your pride in your attention to detail and punctuality
High levels of resilience and ability to cope well under pressure
