Position Overview
Rare opportunity for a committed, process‑driven person to join Adelaide Venue Management (AVM), South Australia’s leading provider of venue management services. AVM operates three iconic venues: Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre and Coopers Stadium, in addition to functions and events at The Drive.
Role
Admin Assistant – Venue Maintenance (casual). Primarily based at the Adelaide Convention Centre but may be required to undertake duties at another AVM venue. You will report to the Building Engineering Manager and work closely with the Maintenance Team and Finance department to enable smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the general administration of office duties, including invoice preparation.
- Schedule maintenance tasks and coordinate with the Maintenance Team.
- Ensure changing work matters are addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain effective communication and work within Work Health and Safety guidelines.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of administrative duties.
