The opportunity…

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join the Gastroenterology division at Device Technologies. This role offers a chance to contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering quality healthcare solutions.

This is a hybrid role based at our Belrose office. You will be expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.

An ideal candidate for a Sales and Marketing Assistant is organized, detail-oriented, and communicates effectively. They bring a proactive attitude, support sales operations, and assist with marketing activities. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, SAP and CRM systems is desirable. Experience in healthcare or medical devices is a plus, and they should thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Experience required:

Strong commitment to delivering good customer service

Good Computer Skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Good organisation skills

Excellent communication skills (written and oral English)

Ability to work well under pressure

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Experience or ability to learn SAP, Sales Force and/or SharePoint software
