Essential Abilities, Duties and Responsibilities

- Co-ordinate the flow of information between Swiftline Engineering Ltd) and external contractors and sub-contractors- Review current methodology.
- Electronic filing of project data via internal systems and web-based information channels.
- Maintenance and update of drawing registers.
- Make appropriate changes to documents to make the submission of information acceptable wherever it is going.
- Responsible for information channel administration (Conject, A site, 4Projects, Buzzsaw).
- Adhere and produce security documents for secure project control when distributing information.
- Take receipt and issue of CAD mark-ups to distribute to internal or external design teams.
- Maintain and ensure these activities are controlled in accordance to internal QA system.
- Liaise with your Line Manager / Project Team Leaders to ensure that the work load is manageable at all times and that reasonable programming requests are met.
- Reporting faults on the large format plotter and the standard office printers.
- Ensure the office printers in direct use have a plentiful supply of paper, toners etc informing the Office Manager when resources are low.
