The Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you/'ll:

- Build trusted relationships, offering expert, consultative advice that excites and delights customers.
- Drive store success through proactive service—processing sales, managing follow-ups, handling admin duties, and maintaining presentation standards.
- Assist with a range of tasks: customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and serving trade clients like builders with specialist knowledge.

You/'ll report directly to the Store Manager and contribute to the seamless integration of Beaumont’s services within the Bunnings environment.

Will you succeed

- Previous sales/service experience in a retail or consultative role
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technological savvy and admin capability
- Physical readiness to assist with heavy products
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
