Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located at Olympic Park in a part-time (3 or 4 days per week) capacity. Ideal candidates will be available Mon - Thu inclusive.

- 7 day rotating roster

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for

- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner

- Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival

- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers

- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required

- Enter and update patient registration details

- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have

- Strong customer service and patient focus skills

- Eagerness to learn

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality

- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team

- Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
