We offer:A role where your work has national impact. As an **Admin and Customer Service Officer**, you’ll play a critical role in supporting both operational teams and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will: Support daily administration and reporting requirements for warehouse and distribution activities. At least 3 years’ experience in administration, customer service, or logistics support.Experience in logistics, warehousing, or Defence-related environments (preferred). Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields will be highly regarded. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/WMS platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management ability. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
