Mechanical Supervisor Role

At Mineral Resources Limited, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our Kwinana workshop team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of experienced individuals in achieving workshop targets safely.

The role is a Monday – Friday Kwinana based position, with the following key responsibilities:

  • Schedule, plan and coordinate mechanical works for company employees.
  • Supervise, instruct, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel in daily activities and tasks.
  • Evaluate installation and commissioning activities to ensure they are undertaken in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Report incidents, non-conformances, near misses and participate in incident investigations as required.
  • Ensure Quality, Environmental, and other Company policies are implemented, maintained, and progressively improved.


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Australian Recognised Trade Qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2+ years' Supervision experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years' post trade experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience working with Screens and Crushers.
  • S26 supervisor qualification.
  • Appointed Persons qualification – Section 44.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
