We are seeking an accomplished Senior HVAC & Mechanical Supervisor to join our team and oversee all HVAC & Mechanical works on our base.

This is a full-time permanent role offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising in-house staff and subcontractors to contribute to overall site maintenance.

They will inspect and validate physical work to ensure compliance within set quality standards and manage costs and budgets.

The position also involves assisting with planning, scheduling, and allocating activities, maintaining accounts and relations with suppliers, and attending meetings to oversee progress and issues.

Requirements
  • Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
  • Facilities maintenance experience on a range of building-related projects
  • SAP or similar knowledge/experience – Valued
