Job Spec: Our client is a proudly independent, Australian‑owned boutique research agency that redefines what it means to be a strategic insights agency, where curiosity meets transformation and fuels real‑world change. With a tight‑knit team of around 10, they blend the rigour of quantitative research with the depth of qualitative insight—backed by a strong creative ethos and a commitment to social purpose. The agency is known for its collaborative, systems‑thinking approach and its ability to help commercial and social brands navigate complexity with clarity and purpose.
About the Agency
- Independent & Creative: Australian‑owned, with an in‑house ethnographer and a passion for storytelling through data.

- Co‑Creation Champions: They work hand‑in‑hand with brands and their most influential customers to shape future strategies.
What You’ll Do
As a Quantitative Research Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑impact insights across a wide range of projects—from brand positioning and segmentation to campaign development and innovation testing. You’ll work closely with senior researchers and clients, contributing to all stages of the research process.
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Have 1+ years of experience in quantitative research (agency or client‑side).
- Are confident with survey design, data analysis (Q), and storytelling with numbers.
- Are curious, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
- Want to work on projects that make a difference—social impact is at the heart of what they do.
Why Join?
- End‑to‑End Exposure: Be involved in the full research journey— from design to delivery.
