We are looking for an exceptionally experienced, warm, nurturing, and encouraging Superstars who:

As our Lead Educator, you are an essential part of our team You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver play-based educational programs and practices that support the development of young minds. You will provide a safe, creative, responsive, and nurturing environment that engages our children and encourages them to investigate, explore, and extend their current skills.

Sparrow Early Learning Ashgrove is our brand-new, state-of-the-art service It features 6 studios, 89 licensed places, a separate programming room, staff retreat area, and stunning outdoor playscapes with views over Brisbane CBD and beyond. This location is ideal for our team and families, offering access to a gym, Pilates, medical services, great food options within walking distance, and public transport right at the door.

What you’ll need:

1. Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care

2. Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Play-based Child-led pedagogy

3. Vibrant energy and proven experience in being a room leader

4. Current Working with Children Check

5. Excellent communication and leadership skills

6. Experience with Storypark is a bonus

7. First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
