About the Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing APIs, building and maintaining web applications, and contributing to modern cloud-based architecture. You’ll work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with a tight-knit team, supported by a highly experienced CTO. A clear path to a Tech Lead role is on offer, along with close mentorship and the opportunity to help grow the development team.

What You’ll Do

- Develop new features, make code changes, and provide third-level support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs to ensure a smooth user experience.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Australia.

- Bring curiosity and innovation to problem-solving and product development.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong proficiency in C#/ASP.NET with both .NET Core and .NET Framework.

- Solid experience in API design and implementation.

- Advanced experience working with SQL Server; exposure to MySQL and Oracle is a plus.

- Experience with WebRTC technologies such as STUN, TURN, and ICE.

- 10+ years of software development experience with .NET (preferably within the Australian market).

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-person collaboration.
