- Possess exceptional Barista skills and knowledge in the art of coffee making.

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize service.
- Demonstrate highly developed customer engagement skills.
- Present yourself professionally and maintain a high standard of appearance.
- Experience in latte art and proficiency with POS systems/cashier duties is highly regarded.
- Holding a Food Handling Hygiene Certificate is highly regarded.
- Possession of a Working with Children/'s Check will be highly regarded.
- A Police Check is required or willingness to obtain one.
