**The Company**

Little Sparrow is a boutique sophisticated and established café brand located in many states of Australia. We offer our specialty award winning roasted coffee, exclusive French baked cakes in conjunction with our fabulous pastries and handmade sandwiches.

**The Role**:
As a Café All Rounder, you will be reporting directly to the store Manager, your duties will include
- Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks
- Serving customers and using the POS
- Engaging with your team and customers alike

**Skills & Experience**:

- Peoples person with a positive, can do attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
- Previous experience in café ( 2 Years )

**What's on Offer**:
We have numerous vacancies ranging from Full Time, Part Time and casual positions. Due to the fact this store is owned and operated by Head Office it is Ideal for the hospitality career minded person. We operate between shopping center hours Monday to Sunday - you must be aviabale for a rotating roster which may include weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Food handling: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
