About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Ticket Sellers to join our team at Captain Cook Cruises. Working across various wharves on Sydney Harbour, you will be responsible for selling ferry and cruise tickets during peak periods, providing exceptional service, and assisting visitors in making the most of their Sydney Harbour experience.

About You

You’re a confident, self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently and taking initiative. You have a friendly, customer-focused attitude and can communicate clearly and professionally with people from all walks of life. You’re reliable, organised, and able to manage your time effectively while maintaining accuracy in transactions. Most importantly, you take pride in representing SeaLink Sydney and ensuring every guest enjoys a positive experience on Sydney Harbour.
