We’re seeking a Precinct Supervisor to join our team at Town Hall, overseeing a multi‑trade team across a diverse portfolio of multiple sites, including heritage‑listed buildings, commercial properties, and public infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading internal trades and sub‑contractor teams to ensure effective workflow and high‑quality service delivery
- Managing and allocating jobs, overseeing progress, handling escalations, and ensuring timely completion
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a key liaison across sites
- Ensuring quality assurance and compliance across all works
- Responding quickly to incidents and operational needs with a solutions‑focused mindset
What we are looking for:
- Proven people management and supervisory experience
- Highly desired if you have a trade or facilities background, however we welcome applicants from any industry
- Customer focused with strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time‑management skills
