Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret design drawings and specs to develop scope, BOQ, and material lists.

- Prepare detailed procurement and tender packages for subcontractor quotes.

- Maintain cost reporting systems and manage subcontractor documentation.

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost estimation.

- Review and validate invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.

- Ensure adherence to commercial and contractual terms throughout project delivery.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.

- Draft, negotiate, and finalise legally binding contracts and service agreements.

- Establish terms, conditions, and financial obligations for contracts.

- Liaise with legal and internal stakeholders to meet contract deadlines and requirements.

- Research and prepare documentation for tenders and legal agreements.

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong focus on contract administration, notices, and commercial compliance.

- Oversees procurement, tendering, and subcontractor agreements.

- Project cost documentation.

- Liaises with legal, project, and site teams to meet deadlines.

- Reports to the Senior Project Manager (Sydney).

- Trusted professional with strong local reputation and industry contacts.
