Council of the City of Sydney, Australia Fresh Clinics Full time

Are you a Nurse Practitioner passionate about raising the bar in aesthetic medicine?

At Fresh Clinics, we're reimagining proactive care. We believe patients deserve safe, honest, and human‑centred experiences, and that the clinicians delivering that care deserve unmatched support. We partner with nurse‑led aesthetic clinics across Australia, empowering them with smarter systems, robust clinical governance, and a values‑first approach.

If you are driven to provide exceptional, ethical care and want to be part of a forward‑thinking clinical community, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role: Your Impact & Purpose

As a Nurse Practitioner at Fresh Clinics, you will be at the forefront of our patient‑centric telehealth model. You will be a trusted clinical partner to our network of aesthetic nurses, providing expert virtual consultations for patients considering Schedule 4 treatments.

Your role is to champion patient safety, ensuring genuine informed consent, and embodying clinical excellence with every interaction. Combining your deep clinical expertise with warmth and empathy, you will guide patients toward safe, appropriate, and empowering treatment decisions.

What You'll Achieve:

- Deliver Exceptional Telehealth Consultations: Conduct safe, ethical, and thorough virtual assessments for non‑surgical aesthetic procedures, strictly adhering to Ahpra, TGA, and state health guidelines.

- Champion Patient Safety: Meticulously screen patients for contraindications and psychological suitability, confidently escalating to in‑person care when necessary.

- Ensure Informed Consent: Provide clear, jargon‑free explanations of procedures, risks, and realistic outcomes, empowering patients to make informed choices about their care.

- Uphold Clinical Excellence: Prescribe Schedule 4 medicines responsibly and ethically, maintaining immaculate and audit‑ready records within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

- Collaborate and Elevate: Work closely with our network of nurses, doctors, and support teams to ensure a consistent, best‑practice patient experience.

- Strengthen Clinical Governance: Actively contribute to our culture of continuous improvement through case reviews, clinical audits, and shared learning.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

You are a values‑led clinician who balances clinical rigour with compassion. You are excited by the opportunity to deliver high‑quality, ethical aesthetic care in a modern, flexible, and tech‑enabled environment.

Essential Foundations:

- Qualifications: Current, unrestricted registration as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA.

- Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical knowledge of non‑surgical aesthetic treatments and Schedule 4 medicines.

Professional Attributes:

- Exceptional Communicator: You build rapport effortlessly over telehealth, communicating with clarity, warmth, and cultural sensitivity.

- Compliance‑Driven: You possess an unwavering commitment to ethical practice and are confident in navigating Ahpra, TGA, and state‑specific prescribing requirements (e.g., WA Poisons legislation).

- Tech‑Savvy Clinician: You are highly comfortable using EMRs, telehealth platforms, and digital workflows to deliver efficient and effective care.

- Values‑Led: You naturally embody our values: Be Kind, Stay Humble, Work Smart, Hustle Hard, and Wait for the Second Marshmallow.

We'd be extra impressed if you have:

- Previous experience in a telehealth or virtual care role.

- Formal CPD or qualifications in cosmetic or aesthetic medicine.

- Strong triage experience from a clinic or emergency setting.

- A keen interest in preventative health, dermatology, or women's health.
