We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help lead our social and content campaigns and tell brand stories through multiple channels.

The role you’ll play

As a Social Media Manager you will be delivering our clients’ stories through smart social ideas, compelling content, creator campaigns and strategic paid placement. You live and breathe social and content; you stay on top of what’s trending and audience behaviours to inform strategies and content ideas that align to clients’ objectives.

A communicator by nature, you’ll work with the team to deliver campaigns with real impact and be the client’s day-to-day contact on all things social and content. You are a natural leader and a source of inspiration and support for our social team, as well as the wider PR team who you’ll work closely in collaboration with on integrated campaigns, providing guidance and direction to help them succeed in their roles. You ensure campaign work is delivered on time, and produced to a high standard.

To be successful in this role you’ll need

- Between 4-5+ years of experience in delivering social media content campaigns either at an agency (preferred) or in-house.
- Experience planning, creating and executing social media content for Instagram to TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, X, LinkedIn and more using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
- Can deliver creator marketing and paid social media campaigns using Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience in social media analytics, algorithms and content best practices, and using social media tools for example CreatorIQ, Sprout Social, #gifted, and others to develop insights.
- Experience tracking, analysing, and reporting on social media performance using analytics tools to inform strategy and optimise campaigns.
- A connector mindset, strong relationship building skills and the ability to create and maintain meaningful connections with clients, teams and partners alike.
- Ability to independently take a social media strategy or content strategy, assemble a team and get stuck into the work with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, creators, platforms and pop culture.
- Understanding of the role social plays in a wider integrated campaign and are comfortable leading and collaborating with a cross functional team.
- Strategic thinking, and importantly, curiosity. You ask a lot of questions and you are constantly looking for ways to improve how you do things.
- Love managing and mentoring juniors.
