Purpose

The job of a Cook and Chef is to deliver the "Varsity Experience" to all customers by producing high-quality, consistent products.

Responsibilities

1. Taste Bud MVP: Prepare and deliver burgers that impress customers, mastering recipes and ensuring each creation is flavorful and appealing.
2. Dietary Dynamo: Create burger options catering to various dietary needs, promoting culinary inclusivity.
3. Section Slam Dunker: Demonstrate mastery in all kitchen sections, from grilling to garnishing, turning burgers into culinary art.
4. Waste Warrior: Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food waste through efficient practices.
5. Problem-Solving All-Star: Address kitchen challenges swiftly with creative solutions and embrace feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Hygiene Hero: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
7. One Team, One Dream: Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a positive and organized kitchen atmosphere.

Requirements

- Formal culinary training or relevant experience demonstrating culinary skills.
- Exceptional time management skills for efficient food prep and timely service.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented approach.
- Physical endurance to handle the demands of a busy kitchen environment.
