Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for truck-mounted EWPs in the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our EWPs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, tender submissions, quotations, and contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
- Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met, including any custom modifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment, construction, or truck-mounted EWP industry.
- Strong knowledge of truck-mounted elevated work platforms and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to business development.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
