Levande is one of Australia’s leading retirement living providers, dedicated to creating exceptional communities where residents feel connected and supported. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team.

In this hybrid role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, and providing high-level executive assistance to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO). The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations across our marketing and sales functions.

About the Role:

In this role, you will support the Sales & Marketing team by coordinating key activities, managing external relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will provide high-level executive assistance to the CSMO, including diary management, travel coordination, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

1. Managing the CSMO’s diary, inbox, and travel arrangements
2. Coordinating senior leadership team meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
3. Processing expenses and supporting financial administration
4. Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns and events
5. Managing listings on key aggregator sites (Realestate.com, Domain, Downsizing.com)
6. Supporting the referral program and ensuring promotional materials are up to date
7. Handling website content updates and assisting with brand and advertising activities

Financial & Compliance Administration

1. Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
2. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk obligations
3. Supporting key reporting functions, including weekly sales reports

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

1. 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, or executive support within a sales and marketing team
2. Strong organisational and time-management skills
3. Experience in event coordination and supporting marketing initiatives
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
6. Experience in executive diary and travel management
7. Brand management or campaign coordination
8. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Contentful) and design tools (Canva, PowerPoint)
9. Experience working with advertising or media agencies
