The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ETL Developer to join the Reporting Team and lead the design, development, and optimisation of enterprise-grade ETL solutions. You'll play a key role in migrating legacy data warehouse components into the central data platform using Informatica PowerCenter, Power Exchange, and PL/SQL, while ensuring data integration processes are robust, scalable, and reliable.

This is an opportunity to work on meaningful projects in a public health setting and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver data solutions that support research, policy, planning, and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Data Warehouse Development:

- Design and develop ETL workflows aligned with enterprise data warehouse architecture and data mapping specs
- Ensure consistent, high-performing and reliable data pipelines using Informatica and PL/SQL

Data Service Delivery:

- Deliver high-quality data extracts and outputs to support research, evaluation, and business decision-making
- Engage with stakeholders and SMEs to validate and QA data output

Strategic and Technical Input:

- Assist in reverse engineering and transitioning legacy data assets
- Provide guidance on data lineage, architecture, and best practices

Your Profile

- Strong experience in ETL Development using Informatica PowerCenter and Power Exchange
- Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL in a Data Warehouse environment
- Skilled in data modelling, data profiling, and data extraction from structured/unstructured sources
- Demonstrated experience working on enterprise-grade data platforms and data migration projects
- Ability to troubleshoot ETL jobs and maintain high data quality standards
