Why This Role?
$90K–$110K base + $150K–$180K OTE
Hybrid setup – 4 days/week in Melbourne studio
Massive inbound volume – 7–8 booked calls per day plus additional leads
High‑ticket recurring subscriptions – MRRs from $1.9K to $3.5K+
Trusted brand with proven delivery and long client LTVs (~$20K+)
Founder's trust and autonomy to shape the sales process
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Own the full inbound sales cycle across studio memberships and production retainers
- Manage a high‑velocity pipeline, running 5–10+ discovery and closing calls daily
- Follow up like your career depends on it, and get paid because you do
- Track every conversation, nurture “not now” leads, and re‑engage stale deals
- Collaborate with the founder to refine pricing, packaging, and conversion playbooks
- Hand off cleanly to delivery with clarity and confidence
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years closing experience in a high‑volume inbound or subscription sales environment
- Follow‑up discipline that never drops a ball, CRM hygiene and cadence mastery
- Experience selling services or retainers (creative, media, or production a plus)
- Self‑sufficient operator – you don’t need hand‑holding or a 10‑step cadence to move a deal
- Melbourne‑based and happy to work from the studio 4 days a week
Bonus Points For:
- Background in podcasting, content production, or social media agencies
- Experience upselling starter packages into premium service tiers
- Familiarity with the founder/SMB/creative market in Australia

- You’ll bring structure and discipline to a high‑velocity sales engine
- You’ll reduce founder time in sales and drive revenue predictability
- You’ll help shape the commercial DNA of one of the fastest‑growing content businesses in the country
