Role and Responsibilities

As a Goodstart Educator, you'll be a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

About Goodstart Tamworth South

- Goodstart Tamworth South is an exceeding centre which opened in 2005 and has since become a valued part of the Tamworth community. Led by our amazing director, Kylie, who has over 20 years of experience in childcare at Goodstart

- Located in a peaceful rural-residential area close to local schools, shops, main roads, and transport routes, convenient for staff and families alike.

- Convenient shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, providing flexibility for families.

- Perfect setting for educators passionate about community involvement and nurturing a love of learning in the next generation.

- Beautifully designed outdoor spaces that encourage exploration and creativity including expansive sandpits for imaginative play, veggie gardens where children learn about sustainability and worm farms and compost bin for hands-on environmental education.

You’ll need

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

- Current NSW Working with Children Check
